We painted wood wedges for our art project.

Then we played a bit and read some stories: Little Quack's Opposites, Caps for Sale, and Lunchtime for Lenny.
For snack we had zucchini almond pancakes, applesauce, and goat milk yogurt. Yum.

Right after snack, we had potty time and then walked over to the playground on Nostrand and Foster. We sang all kinds of songs while we walked. Everyone agreed to wear rain boots, but one of us did so without socks. The walking rope was incredibly helpful and we had an excellent overall walking experience!

As you can see, we were the only kids on the playground! After an hour, we headed home and straight for the backyard.

For lunch we ate: roasted chicken and potatoes with lemon, brown rice, steamed burgundy beans, cucumbers from Arbor's garden, and Phil's homemade sourdough bread with butter. It was a winner winner chicken dinner, indeed.

This friend below joined us for lunch!

And then for dessert, mango smooze on the front stoop. They proudly caught the attention of the workers on the roof across the street and got some big waves. All in all, a good day, and we missed Abe!
